## Feature update: Set conditions to send emails

We've added the ability to set a condition when configuring pre-arrival and post-departure emails.

For example, you can send the *Payment Request* pre-arrival email to guests who have an outstanding balance.

You can choose one of these conditions to filter recipients:

- Guest has a balance due
- Guest has **no** balance due
- Secondary form is complete
- Secondary for is **not** complete

Or, you can send an email when the registration status changes, for example, when a registration is cancelled.
