## The Participant Roster is moving

*Updated 2025-Apr-15*

The Participant Roster box with links and configuration options is moving from the *Edit Program > Advanced* tab to the *Edit Program > Information* tab.

It has the same functionality, and there is no need for any action on your part. It's just moving to a more accessible location. The move is planned for Wednesday, April 16th, or 17th, 2025.

**PS: **With the Participant Roster box now easily accessible on the *Edit Program > Information* tab, we've cleaned up the user interface by removing the Participant Roster button from the page header. We've also removed the Participant Roster option from the Action drop-down menu on the *Programs* page.
