You can now select which custom questions should be available in the registration, rental and waitlist email template code list. This is helpful if you'd like to use a question such as "Preferred name' instead of 'First name' when emailing guests.
When creating or editing a question, you will now see a checkbox to 'Show in template codes'.
If this is checked, you have the option to select this template code when emailing guests.
Template codes generated from custom registration questions will start with registration_field. In the example below, the question Requested Roomate was added to the template codes, so you will see registration_field_requested_roomate in the list.
Waitlist questions will start with lead_field. In the example below, the requested roommate question was included on the waitlist and added to the template codes, so it appears like this:
All rental questions by default, display as available template codes and start with rental_field. For example the question 'Type of event?' below. If you would like to limit the number of rental questions that display in the list of available template codes, you can always uncheck the box to 'Show in template codes'.
