We've just rolled out a a new feature that will allow you to add custom questions to the 'People in your group' section of the multi-person registration form. 

You will now see a new setting when editing a Question to display on the Multi person registration:

These questions will then display in the 'People in your group' section of the registration form:

This feature has been added into the software for all centers on all plans.
