🚀 Feature highlights
Access to these features will change on the main navigation menu. You will find the waitlist at Programs > Waitlist and find leads (abandoned registrations) at Programs > Leads. After the updates are released:
Leads
🌟 Abandoned Registrations are now called Leads.
🌟 Enable the Leads feature in Settings > Registration > Allow lead to save progress on registration.
🌟 If the Leads feature is enabled, an opt-in checkbox will appear on the registration form, and its default state will be unchecked. The opt-in checkbox has been relabeled "Save My Progress and send me an email reminder" to clarify its intent.
🌟 The Saved Progress Follow-up email template has been updated. It is now listed in the email template In Progress area. When the Leads feature is enabled, and the guest checks the opt-in box, this email will automatically be sent if the guest does not complete the form. The guest can follow the link to view the form auto-filled with their previous responses.
Waitlist
🌟 Change the position of a waitlist entry. Filter the waitlist for a specific program, then drag-and-drop to move the entry up or down in the list.
🌟 Auto-send an email to a person when they are added to the waitlist. Enable the new email template called Waitlist Confirm at Settings > Email Templates.
🌟 Set an expiry date for the waitlist link to register at the program level. The link expiration is tied to the time the email is sent - if the expiration is set to 1 day, it will expire 24 hours after the email is sent. Leave blank for no expiration.
⚠️ Special note for centers with Leads opt-in default as unchecked
This applies to centers that have the Leads feature (Settings > Registration > Abandoned registration lead capture) enabled and have configured Display Opt-in > No, do not show opt-in checkbox.
To assist you in maintaining privacy compliance, the opt-in setting will now be set to Display Opt-in > Yes, show opt-in checkbox. You may not change this opt-in setting.
If you wish to disable the Leads feature, contact our Customer Success team at the email address below. When the feature is disabled, you will no longer collect information about new leads, but your pre-existing data will be accessible.
