Set an overall program daily capacity for day events!

In addition to setting a daily max capacity per price point, you can now set an overall daily capacity for the program.

For example, A Day Visit at Drala Yoga is configured as a Package program type, day event.

Three price points are offered:

• Day pass with guided tour
  • Up to 6 may be sold per day
• Day pass only - public rate
  • Up to 6 may be sold per day
• Day pass only - scholarship rate
  • Up to 2 may be sold per day

In addition to setting a daily max capacity per price point, you can now also set an overall daily max capacity for the program. In this example, the daily max capacity is 10.

While up to 6 Day pass with guided tour, 6 Day pass only - public rate, and 2 Day pass only - scholarship rate may be sold, the total of all price points sold on a given day will be limited to 10.

If 6 Day pass with guided tour and 4 Day pass only - public rate are sold, a total of 10 registrations, the program will then be sold out for that day.
