## Feature update: Edit Program Email Tab

The updated email tab on the edit program page offers a new admin user interface, a toolbar, synchronized templates, and more flexible scheduling.

Your existing pre-arrival and post-departure emails will be automatically migrated to the new page view and sent as scheduled - you will* not** *need to update those emails manually.

🌟 **Cleaner layout** - Better organization and logical flow.

**🌟 NEW formatting toolbar** – Apply basic styling to enhance your content.

**🌟 NEW synchronized templates** – Changes to global templates automatically sync with standard emails in programs.

🌟 NEW send a test email – Preview your registration confirmation, pre-arrival, and post-departure emails.

**🌟 More flexible scheduling** – Expanded options to send *on registration* or *before/after the arrival/departure* date.

🌟 Easier to add a cu**stom notice** - Easier access to add an *important notice* to your emails at the program level.
