We’re changing the display names of certain payments as a prelude to exciting new updates to payment methods. These name changes will appear throughout the software. For example, on the registration form, the edit registration page, and the guest statement.

This change will take effect on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

🚀 Here's what is changing

🌟 Old: Credit Card (transaction category)

New: Online Payment

🌟 Old: Credit Card Fee (on reg form and guest statement)

New: Payment Processing Fee

🌟 Old: Card Payment (on reg form and guest statement)

New: Online Payment

🌟 Old: Card Refund (on guest statement)

New: Online Refund

🌟 Old: Name on Card (on edit registration)

New: Name on Account

🌟 Old: Change Credit Card (on Edit reg)

New: Change Payment Method

🌟 Old: Credit Card Final (used for charge balance due)

New: Final Payment

💡 What does this mean for you?

✅ No action required. The update rolls out automatically.

✅ Your existing integrations (using API or Zapier) should continue to work as currently configured. No changes should be required.

✅ Transaction view exports should remain unchanged (same column headers).
