We’ve updated the admin user interface and added new functionality to these lists:
As an example, let’s look at the Fields view. On the main navigation menu, navigate to Forms > Fields.
The View dropdown includes some built-in views: All Fields, Archived Fields, and filtered views by area.
You can create a custom view by selecting Filters and columns (the + icon).
After you choose filters and columns, select Save options, then Save as New View. Enter a View Title, a helpful View Description, and Save.
Your custom view now appears in the view dropdown.
Select the kebab for options.
Let’s pin the Quick registration view. That view now appears in a special section in the dropdown menu for easy access.
You can modify an existing custom view by selecting that view and making changes to filters and/or columns. When you are done, select Save Options > Save.

Additional options are available on certain views.
You can Export a list of Rooms, Lodging Types, Waitlist, and Leads. For example, from the Rooms view, choose Actions > Export.
For Waitlist and Leads you can Export Current columns (those showing in the current view) or Export All columns.
For Waitlist and Leads, you can perform Bulk Actions, like sending an email or deleting entries.
You can Edit Positions of entries on the Waitlist. From the view, choose Actions > Edit Positions and choose a program. Use the burger icon to drag and drop entries to reorder. When done, Save Positions.
