## Feature update: Lists (revised 2026-Apr-17)

We’ve updated the admin user interface and added new functionality to these lists:

- Forms, Fields, and System Field Sets
- Lodging Types and Rooms
- Waitlist and Leads
- Email Templates
- Categories
- Rentals

Consider the **Fields** view. On the main navigation menu, navigate to *Forms > Fields*.

The View dropdown includes some **built-in views**: *All Fields*, *Archived Fields*, and filtered views by area.

### Custom views

Create a **custom view** by selecting *Filters* and columns (the *+ icon*).

After you choose filters and columns, select *Save options*, then *Save as New View.* Enter a *View Title*, a helpful *View Description*, and *Save*.

The custom view now appears in the view dropdown.

Select the **kebab for options**.

- Make this custom view the **default view**.
- **Rename** this custom view.
- **Duplicate** this view, make modifications, and save the copy as a new view.
- **Pin** this view.

If the *Quick registration* view is pinned, it will appear in a special section of the dropdown menu for easy access.

Additional options are available on certain views.

For example, on custom views for Rentals, Waitlist, and Leads, you can Edit Export Columns.

Select *Edit Export Columns* and use the burger icon to reorder the columns. Use the “X” to remove a column from the export for this custom view.

Modify an existing custom view by selecting that view and making changes to filters and/or columns. When done, select *Save Options > Save*.

Other options:

- **Column order** - to arrange the column order, grab the header and drag it to a new position.
- **Sort** - use the up/down arrows in the column header to sort the rows.
- **Rows per page** - choose the number of rows included in the view. (The rows per* **page *selector is at the bottom left of the page.)

Additional options are available on certain views.

### Actions

You can **Export** a list of *Rooms*, *Lodging Types*, *Waitlist*, and *Leads*. For example, from the Rooms view, choose *Actions > Export*.

For *Waitlist* and *Leads* you can Export Current columns (those showing in the current view) or Export All columns.

As mentioned in the *Custom views* section above, you can *Edit Export Columns *on custom views for Rentals, Waitlist, and Leads.

For *Waitlist* and *Leads*, you can perform Bulk Actions, like sending an email or deleting entries.

You can Edit Positions of entries on the Waitlist. From the view, choose *Actions > Edit Positions* and choose a program. Use the *burger icon* to drag and drop entries to reorder. When done, *Save Positions*.
