On Thursday, May 14, 2026, we'll begin rolling out an updated admin user interface to consolidate key configuration options for group bookings.

When the associated features are enabled, a new Groups tab appears on the Edit Program page. The most common application of Groups is for Rentals.

These configuration options have been moved to the Groups tab.

• Select the Remote Registration Form to be used for the program.
  • Requires Settings > Group Management > Remote registration for group leaders to be enabled.
• Select an event group leader.
  • Requires Settings > Group Management > Event group leader to be enabled.
• Create a Banquet Event Order (BEO).
  • Requires Settings > Group Management > Banquet Event Order (BEO) to be enabled.
