We have begun rolling out an update to the Personal Credit feature that will change how personal credit transactions appear on the edit registration page and the guest statement.

This rollout will continue over the next few weeks.

After the update, personal credit transactions will appear in the payment section rather than in the items and discounts section.

Currently, when personal credit is applied to a registration, the transaction appears as a discount on the edit registration page and guest statement.

After the update, personal credit transactions will appear in the payment section.

For example, when a personal credit is applied to a registration, the personal credit transaction will appear as a payment.

This update will change the display on past, current, and future registrations.

In some cases, relocating personal credit transactions can cause a small rounding error. If this occurs during the update, Retreat Guru will automatically add an adjusting transaction to correct the rounding error.

Accounting Report

The accounting report remains unchanged. Personal credit transactions will continue to be displayed in the Realized Credit and Personal Credit sections.
