Feature update: Auto-email guest if payment fails

You can now auto-email your guest if their payment fails.

This update applies to centers that have at least one of these features enabled:

  • Scheduled Payments
  • Instalment Payments
  • ACH/BACS (with Stripe Connect)

If you wish to auto-send a Payment Failed Notification email when a scheduled, instalment, or ACH/BACS payment fails, enable the email template.

To enable the template, go to Settings > Email Templates > Payment Failed Notification.

By default, the Payment Failed Notification email template is disabled.
