## Feature update: Auto-email guest if payment fails

You can now auto-email your guest if their payment fails.

This update applies to centers that have *at least one* of these features enabled:

- Scheduled Payments
- Instalment Payments
- ACH/BACS (with Stripe Connect)

If you wish to auto-send a *Payment Failed Notification* email when a scheduled, instalment, or ACH/BACS payment fails, enable the email template.

To enable the template, go to *Settings > Email Templates > Payment Failed Notification*.

By default, the *Payment Failed Notification* email template is *disabled*.
