The new Forms and Fields feature will be rolled out over the next few weeks.
Forms and Fields help you organize questions (fields) into reusable forms that can be easily assigned to programs, rentals, and other workflows without repetitive manual configuration.
Special thanks to our beta cohorts and early adopter centers

With the Forms and Fields feature, you can configure what questions (fields) will be used on a:

🌟 Auto-sync – configure a set of fields as a globally accessible form and associate it with multiple programs. Change the global form, and all programs using that form will automatically update.
🌟 Greater flexibility – multi-person, quick-add, and required fields are now configured on the form, rather than on the question. Additionally, on the form, rather than on the field (question), you can determine which primary form fields also appear on the secondary form.
🌟 Organize – you can view your list of forms from the main navigation menu and adjust your view via search, sort, and filters.
🌟 Choose defaults – you can create multiple Registration, Remote Registration, and Waitlist forms and choose the one you want to be the default when a new program is created.
🌟 Add sections – group custom fields (questions) to promote a logical flow.
🌟 Fields – previously called questions. The term "question" now refers to the prompt component of a field. In this context, fields are guest-facing.
🌟 Field sets – better organize your admin-only fields that appear on the edit registration, edit person, and edit rental pages.
🌟 Archive – hide unused forms to keep your forms list and drop-down selectors more compact by showing only active forms.
Previously, you created a global inventory of questions and, on a program-by-program basis, selected which questions appeared on the registration form. To add or remove a question, you needed to modify the registration form for each program individually.
With the new Forms and Fields feature, your global field (question) inventory is accessed via Fields from the main navigation menu. You now organize and arrange those fields using a form.
Changes made to a field will be automatically applied to every form that includes that field. Changes to a form will be automatically applied to all programs that use that form. Quite the time saver!
