Address Fields Update for Exports

In January 2025, we introduced new fields to better support our multi-part built-in address question. These new fields are already populating with registration address data in your reports and exports.

On Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 we'll be removing the older, legacy address fields. This change may affect saved reports, exports, or integrations that haven't yet been updated.

Why This Matters

This update improves filtering capabilities within Retreat Guru, especially when reporting on Registrations & People geographically. 

What's Changing

• Address data appears in separate columns rather than being combined in a single field in Retreat Guru.
• Legacy address fields (like  address_street) will be replaced by new fields prefixed with  address_rg_
  
  • Example: address_street > address_rg_street
• Any integrations using the old field names will need to be updated accordingly.

What You Need to Do

To update Saved Reports:

• Click Edit Report on any saved report.
• Adjust your Screen Options and Export Columns:
  • Remove the legacy address field.
  • Add the new address_rg_ fields.
